So far only one route is using the PTC cars and that Route 15 on 63rd- Girard to Richmond-Westmoreland.

Time to restore this venerable line to service. Time for SEPTA to grow a pair and make it happen. Reconnect. Revitalize. Saving Our Streetcars = Saving Our Soldiers.

AGREED... reliable rail service just makes more sense, restores & promotes economic growth along the routes, and encourage ridership... a subway right on your street..  run them day & night, and through the WORST of weather, they simply keep on going.. LOVE THEM
