1. do you go to any asian market to get the metal coffee filter 2. do pho restaurants all use that type of coffee or do they just use anything? I always order that with pho and it's VERY strong and addicting.
I know... alot of food packaging containers and labels from Asia have poor, but hilarious in a fucked-up, corny way, English translation. Oh well... what the fuck you know... at least they tried to translate the damn thing huh. Can anybody teach me how to cook kho thit, or thit kho? Not beef jerky ok. Thit kho... like that simmering, brown shit all viets eat on a daily basis. Cam on.
i wanted my bf to have the cafe set and was about to buy cafe du monde but i thot against it and bought the old man ground coffee...egh! I should have gone with my instincts. luckily i still have time to send him cafe du monde..i hope it taste like lee sandwich cafe at least haha
Wouldve been better and less of a mess if you used scissors. Also there are just too many "ums" in this video. I always use coconut milk in my banh xeo. I have never used milk..but hey, learn something new everyday.
She is so white washed, even though she's viet she can't pronounce alot of the words correctly. What a bummer, it seems like she really doesnt know how to make banh xeo the way most people make it. Maybe its her own way of making it with a weird twist.
the fact that she puts in an effort is better than nothing. it's your pathetic hostile attitude which discourages many overseas vietnamese from going back to their roots
They serve coffee just like that at a place called the Vietnam Kitchen here in Louisville... however with the plethora of Vietnamese stores in the area, and this video... I think I'm just going to start making it myself.
Somehow paying a few dollars for a cup of bark each time I go there just lost it's appeal ;)
That looks like a bottle of Maggi Seasoning sauce, if so, fyi it's not "soy sauce". Nice collective video for non-speaking Vietnamese viewers.
