i would really recommend taking the cats off and getting an X pipe... i have an f150 5.0 with straights no cats on a Y pipe and in my opinion it sounds a LOT better than this... not that this doesnt sound good though =p

how much it cost to make it straight pipe? lookin at makin mine straight or getting a hooker setup. Both sound good but cant decide

cost me 440 for the magnaflow set up i started with and 400 for the muffler shop to put in two pipes from the cats to the magnaflow tail pipes all ss mandrel bent so 840 or probably around 450 for aluminized or you could do it the cheap way and just take out the muffler and replace it with a pipe 30 bucks and it sounds decent a wot on our expedition

it uses the tail pipe section of the si/do magnaflow exhaust kit(section that goes over the rear end) theirs no muffler in the truck and its true dual

I am def a ford guy, but all my friends got chevy's and i will say they sound way better than fords. they have 2.5 in straight pipe, with 4in mag tips, sounds fuckin great. Your truck is deeper sounding than anything iv ever heard. its nice

the true duals any different then just putting a straight pipe in the factory exhaust? thats what i did but seems to quiet down after it warms up

ya I have two seperate 2.5" ss mandrel bent pipes from each cat to the rear 3.5" tips no x, h pipe or mufflers, stock headers and cats
