I think it was really billy/chyna(occasionally hhh) were feuding with xpac/road dogg for the rights to the DX name. Which pac/dogg eventually won. dx kinda split, with hhh/chyna staying together and billy went on his own but hhh soon came out and said pac/dogg were calling themselves dx and were getting all the money from sales but the other three wern't. so that started the feud.

So it was basically the three feuding with pac/dogg but mainly chyna/billy onscreen since hhh was feuding with the rock or austin right now as well so he occasionally came out to feud with them but mainly he left chyna/billy to take care of that business.
