But I don't think he will surpass Guetta (assuming you mean that Afrojack will perform for bigger audiences, get more exposure, etc.) due to the fat that David went Mainstream while Afro (will probably) stay with his loyal fans who like his Dirty Dutch music and not go mainstream.
