@excelx213 Can you please explain where to get "streamer" and how to install and configure it so that my device can connect to my home computer from somewhere else (ie. another city/country)
Hey, does the splashtop remote HD work when you're using another wifi network different from the one the computer is using? Also, would it work to control a mac?
@a8ftdyha4 if you are not on your local wifi, you need to do port forwarding on your local router. ports 6783-6785 needs to open and forward to the local IP.

this app cost 10 dollars and it supports Internet discovery and 3G network, lets you control your home pc from different networks (ex: work )
all you need is to install client called "streamer" on your pc and set it up with a gmail account. easy as 123! works perfect!
