So you go to the store and buy some lemons and sugar where you pay "SALES TAX" using money that you earned from working that you received after paying your FEDERAL AND STATE TAX to make some lemonade which you sell to other people who pay you with money that they already paid their FEDERAL AND STATE TAX and the government is still concerned they are not getting their fair share ?
@smileymcgee100 well, that's a risk you take. It's pretty safe to assume that kids selling lemonade probably do their best but if you expect it to be 100% sanitary, go have your head examined.
people need to stop telling there kids what to say and then putting them in front of a camera., there is no way in hell this little girl came up with this. and there has been like maybe 30 or 40 lemonde stand shutdowns out of the thousands. and sell in lemonade is most definitely a crime. it can be ver unsanitary. i vistited a lemonade stand recently that was using glass cups, and reused them without washing.

I have Grand Children that was selling Lemonade 6 weeks ago and they never had any problems.Their were some children around the corner from me that was selling lemonade a few weeks ago,and no problem their.

I might have to make some fliers. In addition to raising awareness about this issue, it'll introduce people to the idea voluntary, consensual, free association.
