I first played this game 25 years ago. Way better than quarters. If you make the middle glass short the quarter will go into it more often....you get drunk super fast. (The opposite with a taller middle glass.)
Also...similar to quarters, you can make rules after making it three times in a row.

you go one at a time and after the middle cups made it's a race to drink it and then play flip cup and the last person to not flip their cup drinks the full cup.
