WoW has been close to perfected.. It's all about what people like, and a shitload of people like WoW. I got so bored with it I never got above level 30. But even I know it's a GOOD game. And these 2 games are very comparable. They're both MMORPGs aren't they? Only difference I would say are minor, like Air Combat and combos. The rest is pretty much the same, with different look and feel.

I too think WoW looks bad, but at least I see a game for what it is.

@sherback88 Strange, I did nothing but quest in Aion and I hit 50 in less than 3 months. In fact, I'm in full gold equipment and I grinded less than I ever did in WoW. (Seeing as you quest most of your armor too.) Then there's the part where the game isn't a complete boring piece of dog shit catering solely to the lowest common denominator, only capable of providing someone an ounce of enjoyment if they're nearing mental retardation. Graphics don't matter though, you were right with that.

Good points: Nice graphics, ability to fly, wide variety of skills, nice locations, easier than most of the old mmos

Bad points: IMBALANCED PvP, too much luck based content,(especially crafting) corny quests, VERY low drop rates, english voices and music.

@sherback88 first of all...i played wow for 3 years and Adore AION....its currently my favorite game...i have several characters to lvl 30 and i'm working on a lvl 30 legendary Armor set (level 5 characters to 30 and you get a set that can be used account wide) in wow i had a 70 hunter, a lvl 77 Shaman healer, and a lvl 80 DK. I had fun...but it got boring fast. AIon has a lot to offer, including WORLD PVP...which is far better than Arena or BGs....rated or not.

Sorry, Aion is the new line of game that not only puts WoW in the dust, but will prove who's actually a good gamer. You need patience ( Something ALL WoW members do not have. Because they're used to their easymode game. ) And you need Skill. (Another thing they don't have.. Because you know, Easymode... Yeah.. ) PvP in this game isn't one skill kill, it's holy shit time it right or die...
