I would also like to say, because I wrote my last comment before watching the video, that Crosby does little things that get him the goals. Watch his second goal. You will notice that he very subtly lifts Green's stick up to allow the puck to come to him. Things like that get him the goals and the greatness.

I am so sick of people saying all Crosby does is sit in front of the net and pot in rebounds. He gets a majority of his goals doing that, but you know why? He is such a good player he knows where to be and at what time. His timing is impeccable and that's how he gets his goals, not to mention the goals he gets when he shoots. I also have not seen for a long time a player with better vision, because he sees players as open that don't look open to me, but the puck ends up on their stick. Amazing.

@batmannotahero Standing infront of the net and whacking your stick at a bouncing puck is NOT as "Hard" as you think it is. most of the time the player has the advantage over the goalie because the goalie either has lost the line of sight on the puck or is out of position from the play before or both. ever hear the expression "keep your stick on the ice" this is one of the reasons why, Wave ur stick around get some wood on it and it just might go in.

@CurrentlyZero Obviously its not as hard as dangling the defense and sniping the corner, (which crosby does now anyway) but being highly skilled at it is te difference between getting 30 goals like that or only 25 goals like that. Both are good, but one is better. Anyway I don't even have to argue this point anymore since now Crosby is doing some mean sniping. He still has a long way to go to become the sniper Ovie is though.

Actuallyt there are a couple of things Crosby is the best at, he has the best hand eye coordination in the league, he bats goals in all the time, its not luck or coincidence, he does it quite often, he ha sthe best backhand shot in the NHL aswell, he's the best along the boards at grinding it out until he spots a streaking winger to set them up for easy tap in goals, best passing/saucer passer in the league, leads all NHL forwards with 62% win %, he's the most complete out of the big 3 for sure.

The MAJORITY of Crosby is sitting in front of the net waiting for deflects. I'm not saying that's an easy feat at all, deflecting is actually incredibly hard and Crosby is probably one of the best in the game today that can do it. He is what his name suggests, Sid the KID. He is a very young player when he gets older he won't whine so much. He is just trying to do what he thinks will give his team a better chance to win, example : arguing calls and such. He is a great young captain.

Keep in mind him, Ovie, and Malkin are all three very young players and they all have the best years ahead of them.

As for the Stanley Cup, I want the Pens to win. I'm sick and tired of Detroit.

It's funny how there are so many crosby haters. If the media didn't beef up Crosby and worship him as a god, then we'd all be saying he is an amazing player and is one of the best in the league.
