no, geisha is not prostitute, it is woman who can please men without sex, and the whole song is that woman will hold love of the guy only if she will do everything not for him but for herself

srry to disappoint you but geisha is a japaneese variant of prostitute. anturage of geisha was different depending on her class and richness of her clients: port geishas with no pretensions; high-priced geishas for rich, etc. sexual contact was an essential piece anyway though the whole meeting with geisha could include much more depending, as i said, on her class and price.
