ODD..hehe. Yes, it's all about shut up and conform. Teachers are teaching less and less (only whats going to be on the state tests) because they've got to show positive test results in order to keep the funding coming in. The kids are bored to death with this kind of "teaching to the test", and therefore become more and more rebellious. So, instead of changing the crappy teaching method - they invent a new psychological disorder so they can blame their ineptitude on the students!
