Hey. I was wondering. I am going to get one of these rabbits to keep indoors, but I'm not sure what kind of hutch to get him. What do you use?

@CJEChurchill - Hi CJ - Barney lives in our house all the time and gets to roam about like a cat or dog so doesn't have a hutch. He uses a very large cat box with wood pellet litter with a lid for his toilet/den and usually sleeps under the bed in the spare room. Male rabbits spray so they've got to be 'done' at 4 months if you keep them in the house. They also like to nibble stuff - cables, woodwork etc. so you got to keep an eye on them!

I just love your Barney he seems like the size of a 1 yr. old child. i have a dutch rabbit a youngster would you recommend this breed? by the way the music is great for this video who is it? They sure have long ears

@tyupism Hi T - Barney weighs about 10Kgs and is well over a metre long when he stretches up to things. Continental Giants have one main trait - they are bone idle! They are good strong robust animals and Barney has had no health problems in 4 years. They are very strong especially at the rear end with the huge paws and can deliver a hefty kick if they don't want to be lifted so are not really suitable as childrens pets.

I LOVE bunnies, and I would totally want this big, cuddly bunny! He looks so regal...or maybe sassy, since he has his own chair XD. He probably thinks he's prince of the house.
