I can vouche for the phone beeing able to take a beating. I've dropped it while driving my ATV and it went under the back tire. It splitt both my creditcards down the length, but the phone wich was in the same pocket has no scratches from the incident (unbelivable, I know). I also managed to loose it in a puddle just outside work, where a colleague of mine found it hours later and picked it up and it still worked. Also my rottweiler used it as a biting toy leaving a scratch in the corner of it.

@dEViN1887 I know, I bought a new phone now, an N8. But before I got that phone I kinda raged at my boss and threw it as hard as I could against a door. The cover over the battery got bent, but I just bent it back and it's all good now. If they made cars this way, you would never have to get a new car. Even if you signed on for destruction derby race... Great phone, just hope I am that lucky with my nokia.
