Twist made sense to me. The guy was placed with them to slow everyone down. The Predator's had a use for him. Remember each clan of Predator's have different codes that usual have a few similarities. These guys are castless Pred's so their laws are much more bendable. To ask why they would let a human work with them is like asking why they would go to all that trouble to send them all to a different planet to hunt them. It's hunter logic.

Grace was great in this movie but his twist at the end just did'nt make any sense.

@seanjeaici It makes perfect since.  He's a doctor who is also a serial killer the predators picked him because they knew he was a sadistic psychopath and his greatest weapon is...deception just like Satan!
