If you create an account and not go online youll earn tons and tons of credits on custom games, firefight, and campaign. The moment you make your account live that doesnt work anymore youll get 60 70 or 80 credits of a campaign level unles you do a challenge (e.x. LASO's are online but give you a ton or cR on campaign)
