I'm a bit disappointed with this film..some parts don't even make sense, and the only times when I liked it was when Jackie Chan was joking around. And I think the movie'd be better off with Shia LaBoeuf instead of this dude, and maybe some good lines too.

hmm i take it from the other comments i've read on here that i'm not the only one who thinks this movie might have been a bad idea. don't get me wrong, i have no problem with white people doing an asian folktale, just as long as they make it good and worth watching, unlike "dragon wars" dumbest movie with bs actors. kinda looking forward to this movie, but dunno know if i'm gonna expect too much. the main character i've seen in another movie before, and he was good so he should do fine in this.

How many Hollywood movie you see portray Asian men in a positive light? NONE. This movie is just another crap to further the stereotypical image of an asexual Asian kungfu master. 1st, Its pointless to try and argue about a movie. You of course have the right to not watch this movie. The movie is targeting North America,more plot and less action then a true HK movie.
