what are you talking about? the movie did well, and it was beautifully made. she got recognition for the film, as well being nominated for a "best actress" award. she's not fading away. she's just making movies that matter, and therefore it made be a hard pill to swallow for most people. for example "a mighty heart" and "changeling" were heart wrenching, but beautifully made films with stories that had to be told.
