Some thoughts:

- I really liked the fast-forwarded chopping

- Clean your nose before filming (I heard you sniffling throughout)

- Not really sure what the "one-handed" part means; you definitely used both hands at times...

Check my description in the side bar. "Most" of the cooking is done with one hand. I think actually the only part I didn't use one hand for was the chopping; that's not cooking, though. Chopping is prep. :P

Thanks for the other comments. I didn't even realize I was sniffling until after I viewed the footage. It was too late at that point, so I went with it anyway.
