They were bred for decoys so that the predators would attack them instead of the herd! I have see them many times and they appear to be very happy. However there are many breeder now that love the goats. I think I read where there were millions of them now. They are pretty much like any other goat except fort he muscle lock up happens when frightened or excited. Some faint at feeding time.
