Yes, we do indeed know what those rollers that your HP is written on are called: it's an odometer. And yes, there are a lot of technicalities behind it, like how it technically isn't a real odometer because it isn't measuring distance traveled

Given the name "antoid" they appear to be ant-shaped aliens/constructs/whatevers, and as far as I can tell from their battle sprites they're about the size of tennis balls

But hey, that's just my guess

@TARINunit9 Maybe they are that size, I'm judging by the fact they are black specs on the screen though. Then again, that would make the Titanic Ant like, the size of a toddler, even though his sprite is as tall as, say, the New Age Retro Hippie (who you will probably see later). So yes, you could very well be right.
