Clinton submitted his new budget for 1993 to Congress which included a tax increase on the rich. Not a Republican voted for that bill. How many people can afford solar and wind turbines in their back yards? How many people even have back yards? We all have cars that run on gas so until that changes we NEED oil. I can't afford a Prius or even a Chey Volt that will be out soon. If Obama gets his way to tax the more wealthy people they won't be able to afford them either which will mean it will take even longer for the price's on those vehicles and alternative energy to come down.
