the core exercises performed on a ball are primarily to work stabilizer muscles around the joints to make them stronger and able to push more weight during the regular arnold exercises. also to work the internal core and ab muscles, so you have a stronger foundation and you can train like arnold without roids and not get hurt, you dumbass!
