I like this rendition more than the one sung in the movie. Rahat Saheb's full range is on display in the song. Also, it's embellished with beautiful murkis and gamaks.

They can always soften the tabla that part is easy. The main difference is that this rendition has a qawwali like feel to it. This may or may not fit in the movie, I don't know. From a pure song perspective, I like this version better.
