jak: dark jak and light jak and the peacemaker.

ratchet: Rip Ya a New One(lol) and has about three times more guns then jak, plus has way more health

I remember being about 8 or 9 years old when I began seeing trailers and ads for this new "Jak & Daxter" game all over the place. When my dad and I would go to Gamestop I'd see the game in the PS2 section and pick up a copy, examine the case, then put it back down. After a few more times of this, I decided to take it with me instead of putting it back down and I went to my dad and asked him if I could get it.

This is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made.

This is why I bought a PS2. I got it on christmas in a 2 in 1 pack with Rachet and Clank. Game was awesome, but I got in to R&C series in the long run. THis game is still VERY fun though.

I remember playing this when I was little and just playing it 24/7 for months. This game took a ridiculous amount of time to beat. They certainly don't make games like this anymore. Games with so much story line and adventure. Just incredible. Shooter games cant even compare to these good old time games.

Jak and Daxter revolutionized platforming for consoles by adding different elements and allowing the player to seemlessly adapt so well. I have completed the entire game and it was very difficult for me. It changed what I thought a game could be and how I believed a game should work.
