fireproofing is aoatin thgoes oto the sel frames of the builing. in 911 the coating was blown off leaving the steel to be weakened and thus collpase this time they are double fire coating the frames
Originally, that was the plan. After numerous delays and design changes, the towers will be completed in 2013-2014. The memorial, at least most of it, should be completed by the tenth anniversary.
