Good day to all of my fellow Christians, firstly my apology for being out of topic. I came here to remind you people that the judgment day has started already. Please depart from cursing, smoking, violent entertainment, fornication, occultism, and for watching pornography etc. lest you be found not worthy to enter the kingdom of God in the Day of Execution. Thank you for your kind consideration.
Last time I saw Joe in concert was in the late 1980's. Fantastic show. Seeing him here with Steve Cropper and Duck Dunn is amazing. I just wish the audio was better...it would have been nice to hear what Dunn did with that song.
Everyone that railed on TedRyan, give him a break. Joe was playing with a bunch of studio musicians. What he got wrong was that these guys aren't Kenny G inspired or even of that weak field. Anyone hear of Stax records? Yeah, all those early great soul records were backed by The MG's. In this clip, Joe is being backed by, probably, the best studio band EVER.
this a case of the clapton. a great song from the 70s that sounds like ass when played with cheesy amps and with a bunch of kenny G inspired studio musicians. blah.
Umm actually dumb-shit, the band Joe is playing with is Booker T and the MG's Donald "Duck" Dunn on bass and Steve Cropper on guitar of the Blues Brothers are two of the musicians, Booker T. Jones is a great organist and I'm not sure the name of the drummer, ut he is kick-ass too. Maybe you have heard of the song "Green Onions"? If not look it up I'm sure you know it, and btw, look up the band in general ...
Yeah, right, TedRyan is a real douche bag. Comparing Duck Dunn, Steve Cropper and Booker T Jones to Kenny G shows that he has absolutely no knowledge of the musical history of the Stax sound. Cheesy amps?? I'll take one of Ducks crappy amps any day. Besides, sounded real kick ass to me. Dumb ass!

I think Joe Walsh and the MG's make a great combination. But not as great as the James Gang of coarse.
