I remember these heatsinks .. Holy crud they were crap.. If your screwdriver loses it grip, it flies straight into the motherboard. Thank god they changed it.
I had a lot of trouble getting my Phemon II stock heatsink onto my Gigabit mother board. One thing that helped me was loosening the screws on one side of the plastic socket. Then re-tightening them after it was on.
My Intel heatsink has these horrible little plastic clips and they snap really easily, this looks a lot less fragile. Nice one.

@BDKsoft Yeah, but they are worse in other ways. I had a hard time getting mine attached. You have to apply a scary amount of pressure.
