  • Or we can just say, "Ice-Cap" and there you go.

Plop, they put ice and a cap in your cup.

    That'll be $5.51 thank-yew, come back again.

I mean screw the fancy shit.

  • @AplusStudent78 Or I can just call you a dumb bogan.

  • Wow, how Americans have screwed up the cappuccino,

  • @djj6024 explain

  • @djj6024 Yes we fucked up cappuccino's and we liked it. Next goal to kill you mother....

  • shit, if you asked a starbuck's barista for a dry cap in my town, they'd hand you a cup with cap written on the side. that'll be 4 bucks, thank you.

  • In Italy, 'cappuccino' refers to the white topping, like the way Capuchin Franciscan monks shaved their heads. In Europe, the espresso is the cornerstone of the drink, and the whole point. The foam is a dash of the flavor and texture of the milk, without diluting the impact of the espresso. Preparing it dry just means you like the taste of good espresso more than the milk.

Travel to Europe, get a clue... then rant. (9 9 )

  • to me the term 'dry cappaccino' quite a disgrace to true espresso based drinks. who the hell would want a dring thats 90% air????? (starbucks being the experts at this...) just the other day i TRYED to get starbucks to make me a real machiato. but obviously they dont have the first clue what that means!!! i got a "tall" cup that was about 1% yucky espresso and 99% HUGE bubles...... what the hell. -end rant-

  • I like dry

  • Why are you going to Starbucks if all you want is regular cup of coffee for 2 bucks?

  • Hey, I'm no fan of Starbucks, but their coffee is a hell of a lot better than the tar Tim Horton's sells up here in Canada.

Now I have to watch myself, somebody is likely to kill me for that comment.

  • tim ortan's franchise got bought by a U.S. compagny about 3-4 years ago. iirc

since than the quality of everything dropped... even the coffee.

  • tim horton*

    sorry for typos

  • you better watch it, Byrnzi360

  • @Byrnzi360

Starbucks ain't bad but between this and Second Cup...I much prefer the Second Cup Coffee....and it's usualy just a bit cheaper too hehe

  • @Byrnzi360 All chain restaurants coffee is shit. Americans think starbucks is good, but they have shit taste in coffee. Real coffee is from a good cafe that actually uses good coffee and knows how to make it. Starbucks is shit, I need to order a mocha to get it down my throat.

  • @Chrisiscool229 why are you such a dick? like you really know that much about coffee? tell me what is "good coffee"? and how do u make it? you dont know the first thing about how coffee is brewed and alot of resturants do brew it in a proper way and use a good bean.

  • @brandonpringle16 Think about it you idiot, compare a coffee from Starbucks to a coffee in a real cafe. If you think that starbucks is better you clearly have no taste in coffee whatsoever. And Americans don't know what a good coffee is because coffee in America is shit, I would know this half of my family is American...

  • @Chrisiscool229 again you are a tool, i never said starbucks is good i said alot of places in america, various coffee houses and resturants do know what there doing a brew a good coffee, coffee isnt only good in europ actually alot of european coffee comes from beans that are produced by slave labor in poor working conditions, paying harvesters like 25 cents an hour, weither starbucks is good coffee or not at least they buy beans from places that pay people decent wages.

  • @brandonpringle16 Wow you obviously don't know what your talking about... you think that europe is the place making slave labor? No Americans are the ones with slave labor, all the big american companies use slave labor oversees because it's much cheaper. And anyway europe and america would get there beans from similar places, and all the best coffees are european or south american.

  • @Byrnzi360 not really, most canadians think that tim hortons coffee is shit anyway, most popular is still starbucks

  • @Byrnzi360 FUCK YOU COMMUNIST. I'M TELLING DON CHERRY, YOU'RE IN TROUBLEEEEEEEE.

  • @Byrnzi360

    i like starbucks too

  • @Byrnzi360 Starbucks has wonderful spec coffee, but for a normal cup Tim's is much better, or dunken donuts.

  • @Byrnzi360 I agree! Timmies sells crap coffee, and tea! I know many people have beef with Starbucks but at least they try to make good coffee and treat their staff and growers well.

  • @Byrnzi360 Tim Hortons is $1.56 for a large coffee. Starbucks is like $4.00. Sorry I'd rather drink the 1 dollar piss anyday.

  • @Byrnzi360 I won't kill you, I just disagree. Starbucks is far too over-roasted, Tims is a much different way to make coffee, it's all tastes really.

  • @Byrnzi360 Starbucks is a coffee shop. Time Hortons is not. Make that connection please.

  • @Byrnzi360 Fair game although I'm more a Coffee Bean fan myself.

  • @Byrnzi360 Its an American company its branded as a Canadian company but they just slew out crap for us because we're idiots.

  • @Byrnzi360 Misconception. It's more expensive, so you assume it's better. Plus it had better be, given it's like what, 5 times the cost?

  • Why would you want the dry one? Such a waste of money.

  • Because the milk changes the taste of the espresso, some people just want to taste the coffee undiluted.

Good espresso tastes very good in a dry cappuccino, and the milk can help hide bad or mediocre espresso.

  • Obviously, wat?

In my old city's library, there was this machine where you could order coffee and stuff, the coffee tasted awful (Obviously..) but the cappuccino was amazing, I drank it like everyday :E.

  • you look like some guy on a comic lol
