It's not leno's fault either. Leno has a contract with NBC and even after his show failed at 10, NBC won't release him from his contract, so Leno is unable to get work anywhere else.

I agree. While I don't nessicarily have a problem with it or John Mayor, I really thought Nathan Lagne's "goodbye to conan" was much much better and should have been on this last show. It made Conan cry, and that was just a special moment in television.
