  • Thx for explanation. I agree it doesn't matter what the plan is as long as you have got one. When u fail to plan, u plan to fail. BUT I HAVE TO SAY, watch out for the ingredients in anything u imbibe, "diet" food especially. EVERY MAJOR GURU OUT THERE ON THIS NOW IS SAYING THE TOXINS IN "DIET ITEMS" CONTRIBUTE TO A CYCLE THAT IS AGAINST WHAT U ARE TRYING TO DO. Read "Skinny Bitch" on artificial junk for the full speech - cuz u do need to her it b/f u put more toxic waste in yourself via SLIMFAST

THe diet inustry is a $150bil a yr enterprise, and its principles are largey fraudulent and untrue. These toxic compounds do not decompose like whole foods in the body at all, some do not breakdown ever and are stored as waste = weight.

AND U GET WEIGHT IS VERY STUBBORN. Now the detox pocess will need to be radical b/c the system is in effct shutting down on you.

  • I love your channel and your honesty to bring discssion to this area for many bingers out there who are suffering. I work in Wellness coachng (and Women's Advocacy). But one of my clients is a 500lb man - too embarrassed to go to the gym or be seen by others. He lives his whole life in hiding, except for his counselors and coaches. I pray for him constantly to know how much we all love him and want im to be his healthiest person and oneday achieve his dream goal of a healthy addiction free life.

  • SO I am just saying how hard it is for some to even discuss this w/doctors let alone talk about it with othes, which is half the battle of healing. So THX for being brave and working it all out with all of us here b/c u are an inspiration to all and we are learnig more together now! My 500 lb guy will not give up soda, and his doctors are saying if he doesn't lose he may die soon, so I really know how hard this is, and how many never win the battle.

  • Structure is a good first step, I am just hoping your next step will be to start reading the ingredients of what u are imbibing. You are what u eat. Your cells - respond to everything u do, eat, see, light,dark, love, hate, all energy vibrations around u, espeically those u take into yourself thru food and sex.Jasmuheen's book "Food of the Gods" explains best. we are just energy, and whatever energy that becomes us must be purest and highest or we pay later, no way around it.INSTANT KARMA WORKS!

  • Thanks for not taking it the wrong way! I tried it, I ended up hungry because it want filling at all so then you tend to want to eat and end up overeating. I was a binge eater too I LOVE food lol. It really is hard getting into that mind set that you have to say no but once you over come it you want to disapline yourself. I found new ways to enjoy it, smaller portions and baking with splenda. My fav indulge 60 cal choc. jello pudding! Not that I dont have a bad day still once in a while. :)

  • when i get those jello pudding snacks i wind up eating all 6 cups at once

  • lol. Ive never been that bad, I grazed like a cow from one thing to the next. If I eat salty I have to have sweet & cheese curds are the devil. I was 185 at my highest and now 134. But with determination you will overcome it!

  • SPLENDA Is terrible. DO NOT IMBIBE. BUYER BE WARE. Read "Skinny Bitch" if u want truth and why this is, in fact, KEEPING YOU AND AMERICA OVERWEIGHT. Also anything by Natalia Rose or Master Cleanser Peter Glickman, or L Ron Hubbard, or Shrinking Buddha by Jane Lalli PhD will explain this.

  • Slimfast doesnt work! Your going to waste your money and never notice a difference because you can eat FOOD and still have less calories than a can of that crap and actually be full. One can of Progresso Light soup runs 150-160 calories and your getting your vegies too! If you want structure make a meal plan you can follow. Eat 3 meals a day and 1-2snacks that are pre-packaged 100 calorie snacks & workout for 30+ minutes & a multi vitamin.

  • I respect ur opionion but sometimes when a person is out of control binging they need something for a day or two to force them into structure. Yes ur plan is the best but its hard for a binge eater who abuses food as a drug.
