WOW, A CLEAR CASE OF PROTECTING HIS CIA HANDLER. He won't go to jail and he'll disappear into some type of witness protection program. There was a clear witness to the entire event, KURT HASKELL (who also happens to be a lawyer and credible witness), who saw his CIA handler taking him PAST security and putting him on the plane.
