@Presidentsmartass first i have no idea about building instruments or whatever is needed to produce something like that but the structure itself i think is possiple except for maybe a few details. even the programming shoud be a relative easy thing. the real problem may be the mechanics too make the "fingers" 100% accurate and yet fast enough to play more complex songs like this one. short; i think its possible, difficult yes but possible

One day I was looking up Harp of Wikipedia and was surprised to find an instrument called a harp guitar that looks quite similar. Obviously not table size and minus the legs.

Listening to this I find myself wondering if the sound was produced by physical modeling synthesis (if I've got the term right) of the structure seen in the video. If so that would add a whole other dimension of awesome. // On the minus side, most of those pluckers and stoppers are not quite physically feasible as they are.
