Yeah, he's right. Satyr and Frost are the only 2 "Official Members". For recordings, Satyr covers the guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocal duties, and Frost does drums and percussion. The only exception is that on 'Nemesis Divina', Fenriz from Darkthrone played drums on tracks 4 and 5, and Samoth from Emperor played drums on track 1.

Yeah what Gouhllit said, Satyricon is just Satyr and Frost, Satyr plays guitar, does vocals, plays bass, keyboards (if the album has it), effects and writes absolutely everything...Frost is just the drummer and live Satyr gets session musicians and he only does vocals live.

Yeah, they had one other drummer before Dark Medieval Times. Then Frost came in as a session drummer for Dark Medieval Times then decided to join Satyricon full-time. And he's been the drummer since. I also know that Samoth from Emperor was the bass player from 1993 - 1996, and he played bass and rhythm guitar on The Shadowthrone.
