can you also change your Gamertag with this method because i read online someone said they null the profile ids so its says "Your Gamertag Has Been Reported As Inappropriate"

well you need to buy a transfer cable, get it from ebay or hmv. Sorry for the late reply because something happened to my laptop where i couldnt get on to google and youtube. It would say the i had connection problems but i fixed it by restoring to factory settings.
