@theycallmeming Cop gets fired (is in possession of a firearm during the asault so there fore looses his right to own a firearm) gets out of his car at the late night gas station and who pulls up beside him....yeah that shit can happen.
@palehorseridder Having a firearm in this situation made the go from assault to "Aggrevated assault". And if the cuffed were put on this guy "wrongful arrest". He was told to leave and was complying. Nothing he said warranted the attack by the cop.
