I was recording with a HD Digital Video Camcorder with 5.0 megapixel - Digital Still Camera...and the sound is awful ¬¬ I only listen people singing but not Ville!!! And the photos are worse :(

So...thanks for all your videos!!! :D Are the best videos from HIM in Norwich!

Prior to the camera I use now I had a Sony model that filmed in HD that was fine for normal day recording but when I used it to film a gig the results were shocking as it just couldn't handle the loudness of the gig! It's just a case of trial and error, and alot of research really to see what's capable of recording good sound at a gig and what isn't!

Not a professional camera as such just something a hell of alot better than a mobile phone ;)

Sorry should say in the description but not got round to writting anything yet!!

I use a Panasonic DMC-TZ7 to record my gig footage...it's not a camcorder but a digital camera that films videos in HD!!

@SHOTCORPSE Oh, OK. The reason why I was asking was because I'm looking to upgrade my Flip UltraHD to a more professional and, of course, more expensive camera. I was thinking of the Canon Vixa HFS21 or the Sony HDR-X500. It's so hard to decide!!!!!!
