co2 is used up oxygen, if levels rise, tháts something that makes people irratic, agressive, it's like going to a football match, before the match there's enough oxygen and people calmly sit down. then, they start to excite, and people start to become more irratic, some drift towards the end of excessive passiveness others towards the end of excessive agressiveness.. It's like waching the South-Korean Parliament..but...NOOOHWWW they're at the brink of war now!

it's true, people probably won't turn out as much.

but at least the media will be there for the people who will be -- to document (albeit one-sidedly) the events.

at least some people use their right of speech - not like it matters when no one listens.
