Sadly, the judges are too dense to appreciate different art forms and as a result, America is missing out.

I checked out some of their stuff prior to this, it's actually really entertaining. It's a shame that they weren't allowed any further into the competition...I think it mainly has to do with the look of the group. People here in America don't like character obviously.

I love Klaus and I wish they would have listened to more than a couple seconds of this group. It's a shame and would have been an enjoyable performance. The outfits were fun as well, reminiscent.

It's one thing to say that they are good, it's another to say that the judges were wrong to buzz this group. Perhaps they are great and chose a bad song for a competition where you have to get the judges attention (in a good way) and keep it within 5 seconds and maintain it for the full 90 seconds.

While I must admit that my exposure to Timur and the Dime Museum is limited, I can say with certainty that the mere 20 seconds the producers gave us was more than sufficient for even a non-musician like myself to recognize the innate vocal ability of Timur. It seems like the judges have a very narrow scope of understanding of what talent actually is.If said talent does not fit neatly into the popular culture of the day, it is immediately dismissed and often times mocked. America's Got Bad Taste.

@JrgrimWoW we were surprised by the fact that she did push the button, but at the very end of our 2 minutes; looked like she was really loving it, moving her head to music and throwing mischievous glances at the other judges. She said that she gets us (a response to the judges), that we are trying to mix opera with avant-garde, a bit of rock'n'roll and expressionism, but we are just not right for the show.
