Why is only the alternate ending on youtube, but not the original ending when Lorrie shot Michael in the face. I wanna see that!

@TheKRAL17 idk...I did see H2, I rented the Unrated Directors Cut version. In the ending, the same thing happened here. Michael was gunned down by police officers again, this time without the mask (I heard the original ending was changed from the DVD, but I never saw it on theaters & it's not on the DVD I had). If they did it here and thought it will work, what makes them think it will work again?

For all the cops and we know, he could've been attempting to kill them. The police did not say he could move and he is almost 8-feet tall, he couldve squashed those two. This is the best remake of any movie I've ever seen.The ending to the movie was apporite I think this movie is great.But nothing beats the orgnail 1,2.But rob zombie did a good job he just put it into 1 whole movie front to back.I don't think rob zombie should do a halloween 2 because of the ending to this movie and also the fact that miceal just gets back up fine.If rob zombie did want to make a 2 he would give us a clue like any anuual halloween movie that miceal myers will strike agian.5 star

@burner665 Its a better ending because the Police are shown as trigger happy, Myers actually finds a piece of himself again and realizes that theres at least one person who won't kill... his own sister. You actually feel for him, and have greater sympathy for Loomis's character, while the original ending was just a unnecessary close up, with a scream and annoys the hell out of everyone, and makes some people laugh. So this ending is heaps better.
