You should check out "Fialafienburg" he's does amazing customs. Also just a suggestion when making customs, look at actual branches of the military and particular teams and units and draw inspiration from them.

The red guy, maybe phase one version of 91st clone troopers in ROTS, the stormtrooper commander looks like the stormtrooper version of a commander in a mod for SWBF2, Commander Vaks, and the last guy looks like a Phase One version of the coruscant cone troopers, just a few idea's I thought of, cheers
