Really. 11 thumbs down? The guy put a gas motor on a bicycle and shows it runs well. He probably only has a couple hundred bucks in this. I admire anyone who can do stuff like this. This is a big thumbs up.
Yes, I ride a busettii Big 50 Mile Bike ! I have had it for 3 months and it is great. My friends have other e-bikes but they are way slower and wimpier than my Busettii. I can get up to 60 miles on one charge and the top speed is about 27 MPH. BECAUSE OF THE BIKE paths and the right shoulder of the road can go faster than cars across town. I want to try the new Busettii VORTEX mountain bike soon ! ciao
these damned things vibrate more than a porn chick's dildo. I'm talking to a machinest about actually balancing the motor to get rid of the vibration. I cut up a beer cozey and wrapped the grips to cut down on the vibs but even that can only do so much :P
I have built three of these things, they are great fun. Hook 6 volt generator bicycle lights up to the white wire from the engine and they will come on when you start the engine.
Hey ed, I am building one of these and I think your bike is great looking too. But I must say unless these things are specifically allowed on bike paths (which i'm sure thier most likely not) then I would respectfully say you really should try to keep off of them, were all trying hard on the forum communities to keep these legal and from being banned in the US and Canada. Doing this stuff makes them look bad in the public eye. Cheers, IC.
im thinking about riding mine back home 400 miles i just hope it starts i plan to leave tomorrow around midnight safest time to ride a bicycle at night.
@pinnywig999998 LOL your effin nuts man! Did you end up riding it 400 miles home? I'd think you'd have had a break down of somthing along the way. Anyways I'm really curious if you did it and how long it took, your butt must have been sore if you did the trip.
