excellent clip! thanks for posting this. I used to see (or at least hear) your dad about once a week - on tuesdays to be precise - when he played at Jovita's. I lived just a couple of houses down that same street. Sweet memories of sipping my drink and listening to his amazing voice. He was a very kind man, always took his time to talk to the fans. South Austin and especially South First has never been the same since he left us...

Al Walser, I commented this earlier before I found out that Don was not with us any longer. So sad to learn that. What a wonderful talent. It was fun listening to music from a hometown boy. The videos made in Lamesa, really brought back some memories for me. Thanks for posting all of these. I want to watch all of them. -Jimmy
