Wow!! The garden did NOT get like this by itself. You've created a work of art.
There've been so many times when I've sat down right in the middle of mine and had dinner, plucked right off the plants. It doesn't get any better.
And David Grisman does things with the mandolin that I've never heard anyone else do. Even on his first album, he took Bluegrass and Jazz, blended, stirred, and served the result in a way no-one had heard before. His style is, to this day, unique.
Thanks Meg. The moose have gotten into the garden the last couple of nights and ate all my cabbage (again!). They also munched all my peas and beets :(
I guess that's one reason to plant a big garden- so there's enough for everybody.
I can only imagine the fresh smell of it in the morning!! Great garden so Glorious!! I didnt do one this year and its killin me! No calluses this year though.. LOL
This is my favorite time of summer- eating fresh from the garden. I had strawberries for breakfast today. Everything's quite late this year- our cool rainy summer has put us weeks behind.
You have an "Amazing" garden! I'd love to have that kind of property..
