  • it can happen any where

  • lol It can't happen just anywhere lol

  • uhhh lol yeah it can , a earth quake or landslide can happen any where

  • No, an earthquake or a landslide can't just 'happen anywhere'. Earthquakes can only occur at plate boundaries, and quite often landslides are caused by an earthquake or volcano. Volcanoes, too, are only on plate boundaries.

Landslides not caused by an earthquake etc. still can't just happen 'anywhere'. I live in a very quiet countryside area, and there's no chance of a landslide happening here!

FYI I'm a GCSE Geography student and we're studying earthquakes etc at the moment in class

  • is there a chance of one happening in new york?

  • Well she'll tell you all about how new york is on the coast and ANY place on the coast insight of a volcano earthquake (underwater too) Rocky landslide or even meteorite impact can get hie by the wave created, but i mean ur not gonna hear chicago was pwned in a tsunami.
