@chazzle10 I think the idea behind the video (at least it is to me) is putting your time, energy and actions into good use. He bet the guys that he could do push ups for 12 hours and mentioned in the beginning that it's "mind over matter".

He's able to do it but what's really the point? It's basically vanity and something to brag about.

In the end someone needs his help and he's unable to do anything because he spent all of his time and energy on himself.
