@09SnowMonkey The green signs are manned booths. The blue sign is exact change - there is a basket to toss coins into. The white sign is a SunPass only lane - don't use them unless you buy a SunPass first.
Great Video, I go to Kissimmee ever Feb for the Auctions and i drive from Michigan to there and only use the turnpike from I-75 to US27 down to US192 and i am going to be headed that way this feb 6th .
Yes, they are widening the road so that it will have at least three lanes (and possibly 4) in each direction like the stretch at the beginning of the video.
you are incorrect when you say 528 no interchange... you can get on and off the turnpike at the bee/beach line.

Guys, avoid Orange Blossom Trail, there are a lot of bums, robbers, and bad apples around the road. I should recommended to avoid it.
