@jiujitsuvidz There can be couple of reasons. Number one reason is to not have a habit of releasing a submission right away because you might release if the person taps out in a real life survival. Another is to make sure it was a confirm, solid submission & the other person just not doing a mercy tap. Sometimes wanna know the range & pressure of a submission. Good question but I'm just guessing the answer. The first reason what my teacher told me. Hope that helps
This is a padded surface, you can tell by watching indentation when they set their heels. Not at all to take away from their ability, as Master Kang has wonderfully strong pupils!
@batemanTKD I am such an idiot I just noticed the padding now when they set their heels thanks for mentioning that and yes his students are very strong. I have never seen a padded floor like that which looks like hardwood.
*whistles* Hardcore XD. I squinted on parts that were really on the ouch factor. @3:54 wasn't really expected, huh XD? Really learned a lot from watching this =3
awesome guys great work . Fantastic work . Thumbs up. What kind of floor is that ? If you guys are landing on hardwood floor that hard that is amazing the breakfalls you are doing. Hardcore training love it.
Looks like Japanese jiu jitsu!
