  • Dude, have strong forearms, one question, though, do you play any musical instrument? Because I play some and I'm kinda worried having such strong fingers will, eventually, inhibit my speed.

  • @AlexLococo i highly doubt it would affect your speed. I know a bunch of traceurs who play guitar at a high level.

  • @DemonDrills you have* lol, my bad.

Anyways, thank you, I wouldn't continue on with something I'm just a beginner if I go back at something I'm more advanced at.

  • Do you mind if I call you Ezio?

  • watch?v=8MO5V96Qv7o

  • there is no such place in vancouver to pratice that

  • climbing trees is also a good way i climb the same tree all the time but im always changing the way i climb it

  • i saw 1 problem with your vid. there are rules

  • 3:42 I'm gonna traverse this obstacle... *reaches the door* OH SH*T THE DOOR IS MOVING!

  • Man, this training and conditioning is too HARD for me as a beginner...

Oh well, I might try it as well if I have time.. LOL

  • 00:57 you touched the ground !

  • DON'T TOUCH THE LAVA!!!!!!

  • OMG THE GROUND IS LAVA! Whoever touches the lava first DIES!

  • parkour is just adults playing "the floor is lava"

  • I loved this video. I am interested in learning parkour and this video shows me how to take everyday objects and how to apply very simple problem solving techniques to solve them....Then practice. It is similar to how we played on the jungle gym on the playground as kids. Thank so much for taking the time to make an informative video. We have a park in the neighborhood. I am collecting a list of the ones I should begin with and it will be a part of my overall routine of fitness & parkour.

  • 2:34 HAH you fell.

Damn im good at this game

  • Cool

  • Why was a rail like that even there...?

  • What kind of shoes would you use for this kinda thing? Thinkin about getting into parkour so I need all the info I can get.

  • @Hackman441 the wfpf ko's are supposedly amazing and are only $40. They were made specifically for parkour and freerunning.

  • he's obviously playing the floor is lava. duh.

  • these kind of exercises remind me of my own sport, bouldering :) For quite a while now I'm thinking of training some parkour to improve my climbing ability(centre of gravity, etc), watching this video I feel like'd would make sense :) And it really looks like fun^^

  • love how they used the swinging door..lol..good thinking.

  • Just Fingertips. Awesome!

  • Очень хорошее видео. Обязательно попробую также.

  • amazing and nothing less

  • amazing and nothing

  • what's the name of the song??

  • AT 1:03 SPIDER MAN COMES IN!

  • I LOVE your videos!! :)

  • Just a thought, but why not invest in a bouldering mat and some climbing shoes? As it's just for training purposes, the mat will give you some added safety and the shoes will make those small edging and smearing moves alot easier. Very nice vid though.

  • @Gronked I have bouldering mats but I never felt outside of my comfort zone enough to use them on any of the stuff in this video. Climbing shoes are good but thats not what I would have when doing parkour, so I like to keep it more like a real scenario.

  • @DemonDrills Hey, im only able to do a pull up to around my chest, but im wondering how should i train to be able to do a wall climb, only on the edge of something, no running no holding behind the wall, what kind of excersises, did you use to build that kind of strength muscle, to do a wall climb??

Help would be greatly appreciated :)

    -A

Ps.that was some amazing stuff, which yu made look easy :p

  • I like how you combine your movement with buildering :)

  • Isnt it a training for the rock climbers?

  • @thedeathwar Depending on the situation, climbing is parkour.

  • @DemonDrills climbing is a part of parkour

  • HAHAHHA 3:48 was awesome!

  • Don't touch the hot lava on the floor!

  • WHY CANT I FIND PLACES LIEK THIS TO TRAIN IN MY AREA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm new to parkour, great videos!

  • I really like to do this kind of thing!

  • good video:) please anyone know how the name of that song? Thank you.

  • @MsNarkotek ghostwriter by rjd2

  • @ApexMovement thank you...

  • good video :) please anyone know how the name of that song? Thank you.

  • black-ops called, they want you.

  • your guides help me a ton as a growing tracuer(correct my spelling =x.)

  • what city is that XD you can grab on every wall ,

  • the floor are lava you can not youches it!!!!!

  • this was a great video, to the point,

    well done guys.

  • is there a vid i can watch from you doing or conditioning for a flag?

  • Right;

Me and a friend have been participating in Parkour for about a year now.

We've progressed pretty well; climbups are pretty decent. We've had the undesirable injuries (Heh... What's Parkour without Injuries?) :P

    My question is;

What motivates you?; what is it that keeps you going, even in the bleakest of times?

    Thanks in regards.

    Ryan & Kris.

  • @ConditionTV There is always something you can train. If your ankle is hurt, focus on handstands and muscle ups. If your wrist is hurt, focus on precision jumps. What we do is so diverse that you can always find something to train physically or mentally, even if you are hurt.

  • @DemonDrills We've followed that guideline since the start.

The only problem we face, is fear...

And that's what stops us progressing.

Any advice for the fear? (:

  • @DemonDrills Im brand new to parkour. Im athletic (I play lacrosse) and i really want to learn this sport. If you could give some tips and or ideas to help improve my game I would appreciate it.

    -Grayson

  • Grate!

  • the floor is magma to the extreme !!!

  • okay im srry but 1:33 is just pathetic

  • @POWpOwPowP0W do better then

  • Where on earth are you if i did this around where i live i would get kicked off the property

  • the front at the end make me smile... it was so damn perfect

  • Very nice, i like the creativity put into this

  • @gone545 Bad example. Driving safely requires other drivers to drive safely as well. In parkour there should not be a scenario in your training where another traceur is being an idiot and screws you up, or like in other sports there is no one trying to prevent you from accomplishing your goal.

  • ya thare is a risk in parkour but tell me the name of sports were thare is NO risk. every day you live you face the risk that you are going to die. so what are you going to start complaining about that as well.

  • its called training in a safe environment' build up your skills and reduce the risk of injury, even then injuries will occur and when that happens you just learn from them and keep training!

  • for me sometimes i train doing this for rock climbing. the decision making and strength that parkour requires is very similar to rock climbing.

  • The thing about knowing just the slightest thing

Is you only know just the slightest thing.

  • it's truly a demons drill. it's hard as hell! gotta train train train!

  • if i do that in my country i probably get arrested

  • And all the people look at you and be like " what the fuck " .

  • Nice song..

Does anyone know the name of it???

  • Yeah, but good drivers usually only get into crashes because of other drivers who happen to not be so good. And traceurs generally don't run into each other.

  • Parkour... getting from point A to point B in the fastest and SAFEST way. That's what i think. No point reaching reaching your destination with a broken limb or something. So, i don do acrobats, flips, whatsoever. Just pure physical strength and climbing skills. I learned it becoz it might help me next time. That's my mind set. Some things are just unnecessary.

  • saftey between A and B is all about point C

  • @patrickdaripper You realize that practicing flips trains your sense of proprioception and helps give you an acute sense of where your body is in space, right? No? Oh okay, cause that would never be useful in parkour or if you were to fall...

  • No point in being that rude! Just because you train Parkour you don't have to do the most difficult things possible! Parkour is about movement, how you choose to perform it is entierly up to you. That's what I mean with common sense: Sensible people stick to the things they are a 100% sure they can pull of. Either you know you can do it, or maybe you don't, and then, hopefully, you will spend some more time conditioning yourself before you try it.

  • bullshit my friend. Parkour isn't more dangerous than you make it. common sense I say.

  • good training, regards from Chile

  • great dudes !

    Song ?

  • RJD2 - Ghostwriter

  • ty a lot ..

    good luck in future guys

  • fuck youre mouther missgeburt

  • Not parkour, but it is training and conditioning and climbing.

  • way to be smart. It says Parkour TRAINING and CONDITIONING. Which could be anything from running to push-ups. That's like saying conditioning and training for football is solely playing football, none of the weight or cardio training to improve your game.

  • Lol haha i didntk now albichris cant read >.>

  • Bike lock loop.

  • that flip in the end i replay that 4 times he sick

  • I reckon anyone training climbing on vertical surfaces should train with a spotter (if you don't know what a spotter is then check out bouldering as a discipline.).

    Train safe everyone.

  • THis guy makes it look like he weights 10 pounds!! It's so effortless the way he floats almost. Amazing.

  • Very interesting. Nice moves but I have to wonder if you are doing parkour or mostly just free climbing on manmade structures (or is it just semantics?). I've done (or seen done) similar movements in caving and rock climbing situations. Its not important and I really like the creativity. I would probably practice these moves to train for those activities.

  • Technically any kind of climbing is also parkour if it helps you get from here to there.

  • my problem, finding a place to practice... Living in the country, not many good places, i'm suprised of the things i've come up with though.

  • this is soo bad ass im a beginner and damn my town sucks balls lol they dont know what parkour is lol

  • 6'8".. dang, i've yet to see a traceur taller than me and i'm only 6'3"!

I want to go to Colorado, just because of all the PK stuff i've seen there and videos that originated there.

    looks awesome

  • 0o.........................

  • where do you even find archetcture like that? what is that black loop on the fence?

  • hey, if you look close enough you can find those things everywere :)

Just be creative, if its to easy, create some extra rules, you dont even need architecture like it is in the video ;)

  • PLaygrounds are probably a good place, but this is coming from someone who can't jog a mile :P

  • You rule Ryan!

  • thats what i like at parkour. you start to see things different and the things are not obstacles anymore they are problems which want to be solved.

nice ideas and good ways to solve those problems.

  • I like this video

    very useful ideas for training!

  • nice mans nice!!!!:D

    ,,DieS"

  • I love this video. A lot.

  • Check out my parkur video

  • I've watched every vid about parkour u made and i like it :) ty for the vids really helped me out with parkour training

  • LMAO !! i was reading comments and was like hmm "door?" so i was waiting till that part and him using the door like that i didn't think of that was nice... would look like a hard problem by looks has a key part in making it easier nicely done video

  • Nice use of the door. :D

  • this is hard training i reckon. its weird aswell. :P

    but nicely done : )

  • still helps to conition for parkour really.

the swinging on the door made me laugh XD

  • looks more like urban climbing

  • do you guys make your own obsticals in your own backyard? i have something i use as a rail and i use a fold up table and cement blocks for precision so that im preped when im out.

  • The way we should all be training mate, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

  • How long did your arms training take you to correctly perform your first passe muraille???

  • sweet, good job. How long have you been doing pk for?

  • 5 or 6 years

  • 5 or 6 years i am practising a week and i am dong the same things and know i am trying to do a climb up and end on my feet and nt at my knees

  • haha, man u are wicked :P

  • Yeah I used to do this when I was young...guess kids are great traceurs huh..... I think that's what inspired me to pick up parkour, besides the fact that it's really way more fun than just walking...

  • the front flip wasnt in the rules lol :P

  • Very nice! I like the door swing.

Reminds me of the game I used to play when I was little, which was "move around the house without touching the ground".

  • haaa i use to play the same thing

i use to pretend like the ground was hott lava.

haha so even back then when i was little. i basicly training =D

  • ha, playing that game prepared me for parkour lol

  • Amazing moves and way to solving problems!

    greetings from Mexico!

    Att.Baron Samedi

  • haha, this is such a good idea!

  • The song is called Ghostwriter. It's listed in the end credits. ;)

  • @DemonDrills RJD2 werd up

  • Nice concept. I have to try this. It's Parkour in other environments in the imagination, but the way you do it, it's ninja stealth. Sweet!

  • are you guys holding on to anything at 1:19?

  • Yes, the wall is made out of stone slabs and some of them stick out a little bit for your fingertips to grab.

  • that was an awsome video,

  • parkour is so much fun:)
