@Pyro7502 What the fuck is "natural" mutation? Mutations occurred naturally in people leaving africa in 10,000BCE, allowing them to absorb more vitamin D through the sun by lowering melanin. Mutations occur naturally in bacteria every year and allows them to gain Antibiotic Resistance. Sickle cell resistance to Malaria is another beneficial mutation in humans.

You are right about how I haven't read much of the Bible. I've only been saved for a few months, but I've taken that time to learn as much as I can. I read when I can and am at church every opportunity I can get. Just please give me a break, I'm only 16. I don't know much right now, but I'm giving it all I have to try and learn.

@meggerz5683 If you havent read much of the bible, you probably havent read the Koran, Vedas, book of Mormon, or Talmud. So even if you read the entire bible you still have no idea what you think about the other religions. It's like walking into a shoe store, trying on one pair of shoes, and saying "Not only do I like these shoes, but they are THE BEST FIT out of ALL THESE OTHER PAIRS!" yet you can't actually know that with certainty unless you try them all on.

The Bible does not command these things. The subject(s) are mentioned and talked about, but are certainly not commanded. 1.) slavery was not race-based, it was not permanent, it was not commonly cruel and in the New Testament it was voluntary. 2.) The Bible touches upon homosexuality. There is a verse that says homosexuality is an "abomination", but the Bible also say to love one another regardless. It is a sin, but I most definitely won't treat anyone differently because they are. I don't agre

@meggerz5683 Leviticus 25:44-46, Exodus 21:2-6, Exodus 21:7-11, Exodus 21:20-21 are all in support of slavery. it sounds like you havent read much of the bible. And please, don't give me any of that "Out of context" bullshit. Even the new testament supports slavery: Ephesians 6:5 states "Slaves should obey their masters as masters obey christ." even Jesus supported slavery. Luke 12:47-48. Slavery by definition is cruel; the ownership of human beings is cruel.

I can only speak for myself, but I think that my religion defines my behavior. That might repulse some people, but it's made me a much better person. And I totally agree with you on the Islamic terror and crusades thing and I did over look that. But there are good Christians, we're not all hypocrites.

I understand that you have a strong opinion, but I feel as if you are being somewhat disrespectful to Christians. I am a firm believer in the Bible and God. I kind of get where you're coming from when it comes to the facts that you are speaking of, but I don't see the point of you putting down believers. What's so bad about believing? It's certainly helped me be a much better person.
